As we head into 2025, I can’t help but reflect on the incredible journey XMC’s Staffing Solutions team has had in the world of Experiential Marketing™. Over the past 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of building and nurturing relationships with a talented, diverse group of Brand Ambassadors and witness firsthand the incredible impact they have on our industry.

 

Our 3,500+ team members across the country are the heart and soul of our activations and seeing them create real connections on behalf of our clients continues to inspire us all at XMC.

 

Looking ahead, we’re not just evolving—we’re staying true to what’s made us strong. Here’s a glimpse into how we’ll keep delivering meaningful experiences for our clients and rewarding opportunities for our team.
