ROLE OVERVIEW


We're seeking a Senior Account Coordinator who is ready to support the development and execution of strategic sponsorship initiatives, while driving powerful brand-building insights for our biggest clients.


The Sr. Account Coordinator will be instrumental in developing client relationships, overseeing account activities and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize partnership marketing initiatives.


Taking a lead in the development of reporting documents and partnership strategy, the role will support the Partnership Strategy & Evaluation team in cultivating partnerships, building proposals, selling into clients and analyzing sponsorship performance metrics.


The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing strategy, experience in sponsorships or partnerships, and a strong data and analytical mindset.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Account & Partnership Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear communication, timely responses, and seamless execution of deliverables

  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives, anticipating their needs, and providing strategic recommendations

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of client projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate campaign execution, monitor performance, and provide regular status updates to clients

  • Monitor and track all partnership activations and campaign deliverables, ensuring elements align with contractual agreements and strategic goals

  • Contribute to the creation of persuasive sponsorship proposals and presentations, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of partnership opportunities

  • Assist in creating compelling, brand-building client presentations, reports, and strategy decks

  • Understand the client business inside and out to help support communications between client and direct manager/leadership team


Data Analytics & Measurement:

  • Support the collection, organization, and analysis of marketing performance data for a range of clients, from multiple data sources

  • Assist in developing performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sponsorship and partnership effectiveness

  • Work with internal teams to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for campaigns

  • Utilize data visualization tools to present insights in a clear and actionable manner


Strategy & Research:

  • Contribute to the development of frameworks for evaluating sponsorship opportunities and partnerships

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership prospects

  • Build trust in review process with clients by being able to deliver detailed breakdowns and rationale on pricing/structure of budgets

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in partnership marketing and analytics

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 2+ years of experience in partnership marketing, sponsorships, client account support

  • Experience in data/analytics is a plus

  • Experience in sports, entertainment, or brand partnerships is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

  • Outstanding communication and relationship management skills

  • Ability to build relationships with both internal and external working teams

  • Enthusiasm for learning and professional development, with a desire to grow within the field of sponsorship marketing
