    Financial Services | Insurance
    Brand Launch – Mum was the word for several months, as XMC led from start to finish, the launch celebration that brought together three iconic Canadian financial service brands – London Life, Great West Life, and Canada Life – under the single umbrella of Canada Life.

    XMC coordinated, produced and executed employee and media engagement events in five cities simultaneously, introducing the new Canada Life brand to over 70,000 staff and media.

  • Uniqlo Canada

    ECommerce Launch + Pop Up Experiences – Across multiple Canadian markets, XMC supported the launch of UNIQLO’s mobile commerce application and drove new user acquisition. Leveraging street level activations and interactive pop-up experiences, XMC converged digital and physical environments to create unique experiences.

    New application downloads and user acquisition was supported by engaging brand ambassadors, enhanced product displays and 50,000 product giveaways. The program successfully achieved over 27,000 new application registrants.

  • Mackenzie Investments

    Wealth Management | Investments
    Mackenzie Winter Sport XM – The Mackenzie Base Camp tour set out to connect with skiers and riders across the country. From Kimberley, B.C to Le Massif, QC, the tour presented exciting opportunities to interact and connect with the Canadian ski community and reinforce Mackenzie’s support from grassroots to podium.

    Set in a customized steel container, two interactive digital touch-screens allowed alpine enthusiasts to view instructional content from Olympians and Mackenzie ambassadors. Knowledgeable brand ambassadors and digital kiosk screens featured entry mechanisms for a chance to win a ‘Mackenzie Ultimate Ski Trip’ and a $5,000 RESP.

  • Titleist (Acushnet Canada)

    Sporting Goods
    RBC Canadian Open – Across seven days, XMC and Titleist immersed RBC Canadian Open attendees in a one-of-a-kind, golf experience. The Golf Ball Fitting & Education area engaged consumers in a one-on-one consultation with a Titleist product specialist. Over 3,000 conversations reviewed performance needs and objectives of our guests, and concluded with a tailored golf ball takeaway to apply the product on the course.

  • Goodfood

    Meal Kit Delivery Service
    Guerilla Street Flyering – Aimed at growing the subscriber base in Canada, XMC simultaneously activated Goodfood consumer engagement programs in Calgary, Vancouver, and Toronto. XMC’s proactive and energetic brand ambassadors took to the streets in each major market, successfully distributing 400,000 discount codes to urban Canadians.

    Through geographical insights and activation experience within each market, XMC strategically identified optimal time periods and locations to connect and engage with high volumes of foot traffic, and ultimately, exceed program targets.

  • TekSavvy Solutions Inc.

    Toronto Wolfpack Partnership – In summer 2018 XMC partnered with TekSavvy to maximize the value of their partnership with the Toronto Wolfpack Rugby Club. Focusing on elevating brand awareness and generating new business leads, XMC created a turnkey onsite activation. Brand ambassadors communicated key messaging, gathered CASTL-enabled consumer data, distributed unique co-branded giveaways and gave lucky fans a chance to upgrade to an all-inclusive, field side experience. With over 4,500 interactions with Wolfpack fans, our team achieved over 1,500 opted-in data captures.

    Field Marketing – Sell Through; Build a bespoke national in store merchandising and training team with a focus on driving sell through. Amplify awareness through sponsorship and experiential.


    Sampling – XMC was in the market for more than 2,000 hours this summer at special events and on-premise at bars and LCBOs in support top Carlsberg brands: Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc, Sommersby Cider and Not Your Father’s Root Beer. Staffing.


    Technology – National Tour; 67 experiential activation days across 8 provinces, with 2 custom designed truck & trailers, selfie station, gaming zone, product displays, contest and brand ambassadors. More than 3.8+MM impressions.

    Music – Strategy and Execution; Develop and deploy a strategy and national activation plan to solidify TD as Canada’s Music Bank.

  • AVIVA Canada

    Strategic Sponsorship – Developed an integrated partnership with Tennis Canada, Rogers Cup, Milos Raonic and Genie Bouchard. Core elements: facility naming rights, hosting & hospitality, branded content, activation and lead gen.


    Product Launch – Created an exclusive Northside event for 1,000+ key stakeholders to launch the Leafs by Snoop line. The event included product education and a live concert from Snoop Dogg. Awareness. Brand Building. Industry Leadership.
