Job Summary:

Successful Regional Event Coordinator (REC) candidates will drive a branded vehicle (sprinter van) to regional events, facilitating predetermined activations. The REC is responsible for managing all event assets through planning and execution, on-site food preparation and service, and communication of product knowledge. The REC will manage the onsite regional contract staff, with emphasis on ensuring every activation is fully staffed, monitoring brand messaging for accuracy, and meeting activation execution standards. Above all, the REC brings strong leadership and execution skills, implementing a best-in-class brand presence to consumers and event stakeholders, while working cohesively as part of the marketing and events team.


  • Drive the branded vehicle (sprinter van) to regional events
  • Maintenance of vehicle (onboard and exterior)
  • Lead, participate in and execute regional event activities
  • Manage and execute event food service including; supply pick up, food preparation, cooking, service and clean up
  • Prepare, set up, monitor and maintain all event assets
  • Use product expertise to present on specified product
  • Act as first point of contact for on-site event coordinators
  • Submit accurate event feedback, complete post-event reports in a timely manner
  • Maintain regular communication with Account Team
  • Attend and facilitate all status meetings and calls, both internal or external (as appropriate)
  • Attend required training sessions, maintain up-to-date product knowledge
  • Sundry duties as assigned

Academic/Educational Requirements:

  • Business or Marketing degree an asset
  • Previous experience in events or field marketing are an asset

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Food Safety Certified
  • Valid G License – Must have clean driving record
  • Passion for cooking, entertaining trends, and travel
  • Interest in events planning and production
  • Highly organized
  • Adept leadership skills and effective motivational tactics
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships (on-site coordinators, contract staff, vendors, etc.)
  • Thrives working in an independent environment, able to prioritize tasks, with a strong commitment to succeed

  • Administrative skills,able to manage a large volume of emails/phone calls with consistency and precision

Working Conditions

  • Work within a flexible schedule dependent on events
